Municipal Industry Commercial UV-AOPs Craftsmanship Resource Recycling

Water ecological restoration project

China has entered a phase of environmental governance focused on water ecological restoration. Faced with complex and diverse water environmental issues, single governance measures are often ineffective. There is an urgent need to develop and apply efficient, green, and sustainable water treatment and restoration technologies.

Among the many technological approaches, green ultraviolet (UV) disinfection, ozone (O3), and advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) have shown broad application prospects in water ecological restoration, becoming a crucial technical support for improving water quality, reducing pollutants, and ensuring aquatic ecological safety.

 

Applications of UV technology in aquatic ecological restoration:

    • Municipal wastewater treatment and recycling

    • Landscape water purification and ecological maintenance

    • Combined sewer overflow (CSO) wastewater disinfection

    • Chlorine alternative disinfection

Applications of ozone technology in aquatic ecological restoration:

    • Drinking water and wastewater advanced treatment

    • Black and odorous water treatment and landscape water restoration

    • Chlorine alternative oxidation

Applications of advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) in aquatic ecological restoration:

    • Pretreatment of refractory industrial wastewater

    • Contaminated site remediation

    • Industrial wastewater advanced treatment

    • Groundwater remediation

    • Removal of trace pollutants in drinking water
